

The Caribbean Island of Trinidad and Tobagois the land of my birth,full of beautiful beaches, lovely women and extrordinary scenery, it also boast some of the most friendly people you would ever meet, it became independent from England in 31 August 1962 and has self govenrned sucessfully as a democratic country, it multi-ethnic population is a diverse as it can be and despite the rumblings of politicians who have agenda of their own, we co-exist as a people. The Capital city is Port of Spain and our population is estimated at around 1,305,000 .
We are famous for our carnival full of beauty and splendor unique to us, there you can see beautifully coloured costumes, listen to pulsing rhythms of calypsos and the rich tones of our national instrument and after the hectic schedule of carnival, you go to Maracas beach to relax and soothe the bones in lush beach water and have a shark and bake to sate the appetite which comes to another thing we a reknowned for......our beautiful beaches.In Trinidad and especially in our sister isle of Tobago have stunning beaches, golden sands and soft willowly water that soothen the restless soul.
we have some of the best coral reeefs and some amazing deep sea fishing spots where one can lose themselves in the sights and sounds of the these wonderfully picturesque caribbean scenery
